Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

   • Due to the nature of photography services, refunds are only issued in exceptional cases.

   • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled session.

2. Product Defects

   • If printed products arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

3. Service Issues

   • If you are not satisfied with the final images, we will work with you to find a resolution.
